Due to complete in Q4 2025 our 86 care home development in Adel will provide a much needed care facility for the local residents.
The scheme will be fully electric and will utilise Air Source Heat Pumps as well as solar PV panels to achieve an EPC rating of A.
The site is located on the south side of East Moor Lane on the eastern side of Adel within the local authority catchment of Leeds City Council. The site is a vacant brownfield site, covering an area of approximately 0.4 hectares forming part of a wider residential development area.
