Completed in early 2026, our 86-bed care home development in Adel provides a much-needed care facility for local residents.

The scheme is fully electric and utilises Air Source Heat Pumps as well as solar PV panels to achieve an EPC rating of A.

Located on the south side of East Moor Lane on the eastern side of Adel, the home is within the local authority catchment of Leeds City Council. The site was a vacant brownfield site, covering an area of approximately 0.4 hectares, forming part of a wider residential development area.
