The buildings fabric will present a traditional brick appearance combined with modern render detailing at the imposing, two-storey, gables.

The site is part of a wider residential masterplan which included at granting by Appeal full planning permission for the demolition of existing buildings and the erection of 841 residential dwellings (C3), new vehicular accesses off Poverty Lane, public open space and ancillary infrastructure.
